The service
FarmTrack is an agricultural management tool (field tracking, activities, weather and reports). Weather data and generated reports are provided for information only — FarmTrack does not replace official documents, regulatory forms or advice from an agronomy professional.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the accuracy of the information you enter. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
Content you publish
You retain ownership of the content you publish (photos, notes and FarmFeed posts). By publishing it, you grant us the right to display it in the app to the people you share it with. You are responsible for the content you publish and agree not to publish illegal or offensive content, or content that infringes the rights of others.
Service availability
We do our best to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend an account that violates these terms.
Limitation of liability
FarmTrack is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising from use of the app, including agronomic decisions made based on the data or generated reports.
Changes
We may change these terms. Important changes will be communicated to you in the app.
